Merchandise:

1. Returns Eligibility:

• You may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Return Process:

• Contact our customer service at returns@coffeehogs.net to initiate the return process.

• Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refund/Exchange:

• Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Drop Ship Coffee:

1. Returns Eligibility:

• Coffee returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process:

• Contact our customer service at sales@coffeehogs.net to initiate the return process.

• Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

3. Refund/Replacement:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

• In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

 

General Terms:

1. Returns must be postmarked within the specified return period.

2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

3. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
