Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Times
Because we work with global fulfillment partners, shipping times vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days
• United Kingdom & EU: 7–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note:
• Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear.
• Some international carriers may not update tracking until the package reaches your country.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by your country’s customs department.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
• Lost packages due to address errors
If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will assist in tracking it down.
A package is considered lost only after:
• 30 business days (US orders)
• 45 business days (international orders)
At that point, we can offer a replacement or refund.
